About Me

Welcome, my name is Tracey and I’m a big fan of holistic health and helping others live their best life. I’m a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado (LMT), a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and a member of the Association of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Professionals (AFDNP).

In my massage practice I kept hearing most of my clients complaining about their health and the lack of support they were receiving from their PCP. Please don’t get me wrong, I think Doctors are needed and provide phenomenal care. However, when it comes to preventive care, feeling off, not yourself, or believing this is just part of aging, holistic health practitioners can be extremely helpful, and they have the time to spend with each client uncovering the root cause of their issues.

By nature, I want to always be of service to those around me. I knew my massage practice was helpful to a degree, but I had this pull to find more ways I could serve others. After searching for programs and consulting with people I respected I found a program that checked all the boxes. I enrolled in the certification program known as FDN, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and was on my way to learning more about the interconnectedness of our body and it’s systems, organs, tissues, cells etc. What an incredible journey that was. What I learned and continue to learn about the amazing human body has been priceless.

The FDN program taught me how to be a great health detective, read and explain labs results, guide clients on metabolic health, diet, exercise, stress management, hormones, circadian patterns, detoxification, inflammation, the gut and pathogens, supplementation, and being a supportive coach. Part of my training included going through this foundational program myself so I can truly walk my talk! In my own health journey, I uncovered the hidden stressors that were at the root of my hormone, immune, detox and metabolic issues as well as detecting a candida overgrowth, imbalanced gut flora and the presence of H. Pylori. I was able to identify food sensitivities and eliminate them from my diet as well as knowing what foods are better for my individual metabolic needs.

As a certified FDN-P, I would love the opportunity to help you and your loved ones uncover as many hidden stressors as possible that have left you out of balance, exhausted, frustrated, not feeling yourself, and what’s keeping you from living your optimal life. Please explore this website and if you’re ready to make lifelong changes that will lead to longevity, happiness, and metabolic health, fill out the form on the ‘Contact Me’ page so we can get to the bottom of your health issues as soon as possible. My goal is to be the last person you need to see on your quest to living your absolute best life.

~With gratitude and wellness.
